What Are The Different Types of CBD?

CBD (cannabidiol) is known for having a variety of health benefits ranging from inflammation and pain management to mood and sleep improvement. However there a few different types of CBD currently on the market, and it can be hard to know which is the right formula for you.

Let’s go over a few vocab words first.

Cannabinoid

Cannabinoids are chemical compounds that can be found in cannabis plants like hemp and marijuana. There are over 113 different cannabinoids, but the most popularized are tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabidiol (CBD). As you may know, THC creates a psychoactive effect while CBD can help relax your body and mind.

Terpenes

Terpenes are found in the essential oils of plants, with over 100 different types of terpenes found in cannabis plants. Some common terpenes include limonene (citrus aroma), linalool (floral aroma), and pinene (pine aroma). These terpenes are found in other plants as well, providing different health benefits and distinct scents.

Different Types of CBD

Full Spectrum CBD

Full spectrum CBD oil contains a wide range of cannabinoids that are in cannabis plants including CBD and THC, as well as terpenes, vitamins, minerals, and other plant matter.

Broad Spectrum CBD

Basically full spectrum CBD without any THC.

CBD Isolate

This is 99.9% pure CBD, everything else in the plant matter has been removed through the extraction process.

Nano CBD

Nano CBD has broken down particles that are more bioavailable to the body, requiring less CBD for the same effect because it is easily absorbed.

Our Kickback water-soluble nano CBD formula blends perfectly with any type of drink. Virtually odorless and tasteless, our extract will enhance your beverages without the hemp taste aftertaste. We exclusively work with organic hemp to ensure that our product is always the highest quality. Our process allows for the particles to be broken down properly, achieving a higher absorption rate.
